For the past month we have been building our LEGO Mindstorms, or robots. Our robot's name is (Ramsis) this name was taken from all the group members name. Our robot is king of like a car, it can turn and it has a light that turns on and off when it stops so other cars or people don't run into it. This was my idea and we can up as a group with many good ideas such as putting a touch sensor with an extension so that it can stop when it hits something. We created about 5 different programs where it could turn, then go backwards and then turn on the light when it stops.

P.S.: Pictures and videos of the robots and its creaters are currently being shipped from the Netherlands where it was made with a crew of scientist with multiple doctorates such as Frantz Flambert Doc. in aerodynamics, Doc. in robotics, minors in robotic science, engeneering, Doc. in Thermodinamic science among many others. Raphael Doc. in  Science.

Hi this is (Raphael, Krys, and Frantz) we have created a completelly new version of the Lego Mindstorms; our robot's software is very easy to use. During this past week, in the book there is no such thing of the sort. This week was very tricky, the hardest thing was coming up with our own design and collaborating together, but it was very fun and we enjoyed programing and building the robot. Our robot is named Ranzys

Chapter 31 through54 Langdon and Sophie find out that the code left on the floor by Jaques Sauniers is a password at a swiss bank. With sophie's special key they open the safe and find a codex, which is a special flask invented by Da Vinci himself which can only be opened by a five digit key. The president of the bank thinks that an arrest inside the bank would ruin the bank's reputation and he helps them to escape, to langdon and sophie's surprise he betrays them and holds them at gun point, he asks for the flask. They manage to get away with the flask and go to a good friend of langndon's which is an inglish royal historian, while speaking of the flask and the contents inside Sir leigh's butler informs him of his friend's wanted status and they are kicked out of his house

Today we continued our study of the robots, we found out about the four D's

D ull work or work that doesn't require so much intelligence and effort on the machine's part

D irty work or work like excavation sewage cleaning etc...

D angerous work like working with highly acid chemicals, Warfare and explosives.

and Finally D elicate work like cutting diamonds making precise cutting building precise buildings etc...
we also corrected our quizes from last class and we are going to start with the robots on thurstday

Hello Ms. Maldonado I had a problem with my first blog in which i posted every week somthing about the chapter and I can't acces my account any more so the blog you are reading here was my second blog, since my other blog stoped working i just took everything I had writen and put it in one post thank you
I've read chapter 1 through 33 and it is an amazing book in these lines I will try and summarize this part of the book so that you can enjoy the story without having to read the whole book.

Our story starts in Paris, France, inside one of the world's greatest museums; The Louvre, the owner of the Louvre Jaques Sauniere is attacked in the middle of the night by a tall albino member of a religious society called Opus Dei which is an organization which has inspired thousands of members to follow "the way" these members believe that "your faith is measured by the amount of pain you can endure" this might sound crazy to some people but the recomende amout of time torturing one's self daily is TWO HOURS, well let's get back to the story. Sauniere locks himself in the Grand gallery of the Louvre by pulling a painting off the wall and setting off the security system, the gallery contains some of the most known Italian paintings paintings such as the Mona Lisa, The Vitruvian Man and many more. the member of Opus Dei's name is Silas; Silas shoots the owner of the Louvre in the stomac giving him time to place a very complicated set of clues he had created years ago to reveal a very important secret. Sauniere was a member of the secret society of the Lily which was a society created to preserve the very important secret Sauniere has hidden with guile in the scene of his murder. This secret society is not known to a lot of people, but apparantly the Opus Dei are in serch of a secret deeply buried in the secret society of the Lily.

Mr. Sauniere knowing this great secret gives clues to how to find it and it is up to American expert symbologist Robert Langdon helped by Saunieres' grand-daughter who is a well known, French cryptographer to follow the clues to the amazing secret hidden deep in thousands of years fraternity. As langdon is faces great opponents and is Followed by the rough equivalent of the CIA in France; DCPJ officer in command of Jaques Sunieres' murder Besue Fache, he will have to dig through thousands of years of symbology and Female paganism. As he reveals different interconnection hidden in word-puzzles, famous paintings and even religion and nature.

Lego Robotics:

What is Lego robotics? It is a kit of pieces that you can assemble to make cars robots etc... But cool part about it is that you can program the robot that you have built, to move, to turn on, to walk, etc...

Why would schools want to incorporate this? Studies show that students tend to retain the material when students learn about robotics when they have hands-on opportunities to build and program.

Most people that are reading this blog must know what Legos are; some might have even played with them when they were younger. These robots are sponsored by "Lego" what Lego is permitting people to do with these advances is to create their own robot and make them do whatever they want to do.

In my Computer Literature class I will have the chance to build my own Lego Robot; I am very excited and can't wait to see what I can build.

I just started reading the book and it's very interesting

A little bit about me

So, a little about the author; Frantz Flambert, I was born in Haiti which is a small country next to Cuba, the island has two countries; Haiti and the Dominican Republic, and I have lived in both. Personally I prefer Haiti because of its great activities and freedom. Enough about the country I live in and more about me! So I'm 13 years old but I'll be 14 in april, I'm making this blog because of my Computer class but I intend in continuing this blog even after class is finished. Even though we suffered and earthquake in 2010 we are doing ok and ev3en if the news says that we are in misery its not completely true.

This is the country I live in
